Our Speakers
This is TW Audio's flagship point source loudspeaker. It features two horn loaded 12" drivers and one 1.4" exit compression driver. The T24N can be run in passive mode for full range single channel operation, or switched to 2-way active mode for more control and higher output. This speaker is capable of producing an extremely loud 143dB SPL with nominal 110dB sensitivity. The T24N has a large range of rigging/deployment options including flying hardware. We currently stock the 60x90 deg version with a rotatble horn, and it is supplied with a soft fabric case and a lock-on wheelboard. The feet on the T24N allow it to be neatly stacked on the B18 or B30 subs.
This monitor boasts a low-profile wedge-shaped enclosure containing coaxial chassis with a 15" low frequency woofer and a 1.4" mid-high frequency tweeter with a 3" voice coil. The large mid-high horn ensures perfect mid-high frequency dispersion while its passive frequency crossover produces accurate and phase-coherent summation of low and mid-high frequencies. The low crossover frequency of the mid-high driver is particularly suited to very high quality speech reproduction.

The intrinsic qualities of the VERA36 speak for themselves with no fewer than six drivers working within the compact confines of the enclosure. The central mid-range horn is driven by two 8" cone speakers while the mid-high frequency unit comprises two 1.4" compression drivers plus a purpose-developed waveguide, coaxially positioned in the center.
The result is a vertical dispersion of 10 degrees with horizontal dispersion across either 80 or 120 degrees as required. Supplementing the low-mid range are two 10" long excursion bass speakers. Below 400 Hz, all four cone speakers work in tandem to deliver vast reserves of low-mid punch.
All of that leading to our user's experience that VERA36 can compete with much bigger double 12" systems and more besides.
